The History of the Neighbourhood Watch

By Sasheen

Long, long ago (maybe three years ago or so) the little town of Harrington was plagued by strange occurrences –  sporadic sea monsters, freak blizzards, missing buildings, haunted forests, the list goes on. These occurrences were so common, that adults were blind to them.

Luckily for the citizens of Harrington, they had a Maisel – a leader in the making and as headstrong as they come.

She took it upon herself to organize a team that ensured that the supernatural threats stayed out of her community or, at least, stayed contained.

That team was… THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH (aka ‘The Watch’ for short)

The Neighbourhood diligently took on the supernatural threats in stride, investigating and solving each mystery as it came up.

That was until everything changed a year ago when Maisel’s brother, Pocket (and with him, all traces of supernatural activity), disappeared one day.

Left without a purpose, the remaining members of the Neighbourhood Watch, Maisel, Murlocke, and Sasheen, drifted further apart – eventually deciding that it was best to disband the club entirely.

And so it went for nearly a year…

Until a twisted network of underground corridors was discovered under a seemingly normal red cedar tree.

When these corridors were discovered, Maisel hastily reformed the Neighbourhood Watch to investigate.

What secrets were held within?

Has the supernatural returned to Harrington?

Only one way to find out. Read the first entry in The Red Cedar Incident below.
